Little fishys

She is such a poser these days.
Charlotte is very confident in the pool. She hangs on to her little fish,kicks
her legs and swims all over the pool.

Olivia was having fun; I promise. She just didn't like it when I let go of her.

Charlotte gets out of the pool periodically to shake herself off like a dog. It is cute.

It's been hot here! We've been cooling off in our friends pool. On this day we swam for an hour or so and then the clouds moved in. In a matter of minutes it was thundering, lighting was flashing and then it poured. We got out just in time. That's Flagstaff in the summer time!

First Birthday

Olivia turned 1 year old on the 9th.

She had so much fun opening presents.

We truly can hardly believe Olivia is a year old. What happened to the last 12 months? She is such a happy smiley baby; we just adore her. She took her first steps last weekend and has been walking short distances all week. It is so fun to watch her grow.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the super Moms I know. Including my sisters who are all inspiring Mothers and our own wonderful Mom.

We took these photos to send to Grandmas for Mother's Day (We took some of Scott too, but since this is a mothers Day post he didn't get any face time). The girls are wearing outfits I sewed during a snow storm this winter.

I am so lucky to be a Mother, I can't imagine being anything else. These two keep me smiling and laughing all day long. I love them to pieces!

I found him pigging out in his dog food bag yesterday.

We were not planning on getting another dog for a while after loosing Toby. But, we had a chance to get this little guy and who could resist! He is an 8 week old yellow lab. He is cute no doubt. But, we did forget how much work a puppy is! The girls have mixed thoughts about him; he is always grabbing at Charlotte clothes and he thinks Olivia is a chew toy. He is learning fast and when he is being sweet we really like him. It is fun to have something furry in the house again.

10 Months
