The other night Charlotte dragged a chair over to the counter, climbed up and said she wanted to cook. I gave her a bowl and spoon and a bunch of spices and jars from the cupboard. She pretended to pour and mix the ingrediants. When I asked her what she was making she said "cookies". I think we'll make some real ones this weekend.

Danielle, these pictures are precious, I love the one where she's looking at the bottle as if she were actually reading it. What a doll. When is her birthday anyway?
Is Charlotte putting garlic and red sprinkles in her cookies--yummy! Remember our Ricks cooking adventures: pie, corn dogs, great green everything!
Cute! I think Charlotte and Kate are kindred spirits.
