Mom's Day Weekend

We spent most of Mom's Day weekend hanging out with Mom and Dad. It was fun to get the chance to do that now that we are in Oregon! The girls and I (along with some help from Grandpa) planted some veggies in the Dad's plantar boxes.

Kevin join us in the Gazebo. He gobbled up 3 full size hot dogs like they were mere cocktail weenies, and drank about a gallon of root-beer. It's safe to say he had a really good time.

Those aren't for you Cocoa.

Dad's new fire pit was a hit. It worked like a charm and looks so nice.

Mom and Dad came to Albany for a Mothers Day Dinner. We had coconut and lime chicken, orange cilantro rice and mango salsa and raspberry cheesecake parfaits for dessert. It was yummy! I am grateful for a Mom that always has encouraging words and wise advice to offer. She is a wonderful example of service and kindness. Thanks for the pretty earrings Mom!
